One month until...Birthday Time!

In early February, little L will turn 3.  3 years old.  Holy moly!  How did that happen?

Anyway, we were tempted to plan a celebration consisting of a dinner with friends, but that's not really us, is it?  No.

So here is what I am thinking.  A little cereal bar/cartoons/stories/all-while-wearing-pjs party!  Sounds like fun.  Let the planning begin.

P.S. This morning, P told me that I have to buy some new pajamas for the party.  I guess she doesn't think my XL pregnancy leggings and droopy t-shirt will cut it.  I agree.

Sweet P turns 5!

Five years ago today I became a mother and my world was rocked in the best way possible.  Our sweet lady came into the world tush first, and it has been a crazy, wild, and fun adventure ever since.  Happy Birthday, sweet P!

Last night, after she went to bed, we decorated with paper chains...

...and flowers! She was so excited this morning when she came downstairs.

So far her favorite gift was her Twinkle Toe sneakers, seen on the left.
